The only airport in Genoa is built on an artificial peninsula and is located 7.4 km from the city. It is the most important airport of Liguria.
Volabus runs direct bus service to Brignole and Principe Train Stations, crossing the city centre. The buses depart approximately every 30 minutes to an hour and the ride takes 30 minutes.
The ticket costs 6 € and includes a 60-minute ride on buses, metro, public elevators and funicular railways on the same day.
