Gmina Bartniczka is a rural gmina in Brodnica County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Bartniczka, which lies approximately 14 kilometres east of Brodnica and 70 km east of Toruń.
The gmina covers an area of 83.35 square kilometres, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,570.
The gmina contains part of the protected area called Górzno-Lidzbark Landscape Park.
