Gmina Górzno is a rural gmina in Garwolin County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Górzno, which lies approximately 8 kilometres south-east of Garwolin and 64 km south-east of Warsaw.
The gmina covers an area of 90.84 square kilometres, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,112.
