Gmina Odolanów is an urban-rural gmina in Ostrów Wielkopolski County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Odolanów, which lies approximately 10 kilometres south of Ostrów Wielkopolski and 106 km south-east of the regional capital Poznań.
The gmina covers an area of 136.03 square kilometres, and as of 2006 its total population is 13,867.
The gmina contains part of the protected area called Barycz Valley Landscape Park.
