Gmina Poddębice is an urban-rural gmina in Poddębice County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the town of Poddębice, which lies approximately 37 kilometres west of the regional capital Łódź.
The gmina covers an area of 224.66 square kilometres, and as of 2006 its total population is 15,923.
