This quay at the left river bank in the heart of Ghent represents one of the main social hubs of the city. It used to be part of the port and served as important trading place for grain. Today, it mainly serves as a place people go to enjoy the view and a drink on sunny days.
Head to the St. Michael's Bridge to admire the view. The facades of these buildings have been renovated for the World Fair of 1913.
