Khufu is the oldest pyramid in Giza and certainly the most impressive one, no coincidence that it is referred to as the Great Pyramid. It also is the last of Seven Wonders of the Ancient World that has survived. There are many theories about the provenance of Giza's pyramids, some of them suggesting that they were built by slaves, others claiming that these monuments were created by skilled workmen.
