Jewish Town Hall

Local nameŽidovská radnice
LocationJosefov, Prague, Czechia

Have you ever seen a town hall with two clocks? Come and see this former Jewish meeting place with clocks with Roman and Hebrew numbers. Interestingly, the Hebrew clock moves counterclockwise, the same way Hebrew is read. The building was originally built in Renaissance style in 1586, but has later acquired its splendid Rococo appearance.
