Klępsk is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sulechów, within Zielona Góra County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. It lies approximately 8 kilometres east of Sulechów and 23 km north-east of Zielona Góra.

The village has an approximate population of 560. Until 1945, the village Klemzig was part of the New March within the Brandenburg, Germany.

In the 19th century the village was a center of the Old Lutheran movement, whose members refused to join the state-sponsored Prussian Union and suffered persecution. Some of the Klemzig Old Lutherans immigrated to Australia where they founded the village of Klemzig, South Australia.
