Kobylany is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Terespol, within Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus. It lies approximately 4 kilometres south of Terespol, 31 km east of Biała Podlaska, and 113 km north-east of the regional capital Lublin.
