Kowalowa is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ryglice, within Tarnów County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres east of Ryglice, 24 km south-east of Tarnów, and 93 km east of the regional capital Kraków.
