Kusatsu is a town located in Gunma Prefecture, Japan. As of 1 September 2020, the town had an estimated population of 6,255 in 3407 households, and a population density of 130 persons per km². The total area of the town is 249.75 square kilometres. Kusatsu is one of the most famous hot springs resorts in Japan.
