Le Mur Des Canuts

Considered one of the largest murals in Europe, its art is sure to leave you to marvel at the sight. It showcases ordinary life in Lyon and it's so life-like it baffles tourists to this day how it got created. Created in 1987 it hasn't aged a bit as it's been admired by visitors ever since.

The hike is a bit off-hand from the city as you have to climb a hill, but it's well worth the visit. If you wish to rest, you can also take a metro or tourist train to this place.
