Lutuhyne is a city in Luhansk Oblast of Ukraine. It serves as the administrative center of Lutuhyne Raion. Population: 17,134, 17,989.
Starting Mid-April 2014 pro-Russian separatists captured several towns in Luhansk Oblast; including Lutuhyne. On 27 July 2014, Ukrainian forces claimed Ukrainian troops had entered the city. Since 2015, Lutuhyne has been administered as a part of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic.
