Whether you're a child or an adult, you are going to have fun in this theme park, which is one of the central points of Orlando's Disney World. Visited by almost 21 million people annually, this park ranks as the most popular theme park in the world.
The park is built on a series of tunnels, which have been created to allow Disney employees who don't fit in the theme of the park (for example a cowboy in the futuristic Tomorrowland) to move around freely without being seen.
Start your day observing and visiting the Cinderella Castle (which is also the symbol of the whole park), then enjoy some of the many thrill rides, ranking from small children-friendly (like Astro Orbiter) ones to the more adrenaline ones (like Space Mountain). Take a break in one of the 37 restaurants, offering all kinds of cuisine imaginable, and - finally - go see the exhibitions or festivals that Disney World currently organises.
Try to avoid this place during big holidays, like the spring break, because the lines get very long. You can choose to park your car in the standard parking lot ($20 per day), or in the preferred parking lot, which is close to the theme park ($40 per day). You can use one of the complimentary ways of transportation from one park to another.
The opening hours may differ, please check the website for up-to-date information.
The park is generally open from 9 am to 9 pm.
Please check the website for further information on the prices of tickets as they differ from season to season and depend on the number of days.
