This airport located 8 km southwest of Málaga is a gateway to Costa del Sol. It is the busiest airport in Andalucía and also the fourth busiest airport in Spain.
The airport consists of three adjacent terminals, although only Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 are currently in use. There are numerous restaurants located throughout the airport, as well as many shops and several play areas for young travellers.
