Meszno is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Otmuchów, within Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border. It lies approximately 4 kilometres south-west of Otmuchów, 14 km west of Nysa, and 62 km south-west of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany.
The village has an approximate population of 380.
