Monument to the Heroes of World War I

This monument is quite a new addition to Moscow’s sculptures and memorials. It was unveiled in 2014 during the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the start of World War I and was built as a tribute to those Russian soldiers who fought or even sacrificed their lives during this war.
