Mozart Residence

Local nameMozart Wohnhaus
LocationSalzburg, Austria

Another museum of Mozart that focuses predominantly on his work - apart from the interior you will see his letters and scores.

Mozart used to live here with his family until he moved to Vienna and his other family members moved too. The only one left living here was Mozart's father. The house was partially destroyed during WWII, but it was reconstructed and reopened to the public in 1996.
