The top of the tower (which is 236 m tall) is the highest point in Seoul. Due to its height, you can see the whole city from its observation decks (which are also its main attraction). Ever since its construction, the tower has been broadcasting signals for many Korean TV channels and radios.
Inside the tower, you can find several restaurants and cafés but also a museum, gift shop or a Hello Kitty Island. The place is therefore ideal for a family trip.
Before you head there, be sure to check the weather forecast since bad weather might ruin the view from the observation deck.
In the evening and during the night, the tower is beautifully lit up with LED lights.
The restaurants open between 10 am and 11 am and close between 10 pm and 11 pm.
