This magnificent museum documents the history of the best dish in the world: The Italian pasta. It is currently closed for renovation.
Inside the museum, you will be shown the process of making pasta. Starting from wheat, the museum's exhibition rooms will walk you through the various processes involved in pasta-making. Included are various pasta-making machines, from an ancient stone-grinder to modern devices.
