Nowa Bystrzyca is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bystrzyca Kłodzka, within Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 6 kilometres west of Bystrzyca Kłodzka, 17 kilometres south of Kłodzko, and 98 kilometres south of the regional capital Wrocław.
