Designed by Gaetano Pesce in 1989, this unusual and imposing building has its wall covered with flower pots with plants - there are more than 80 types of plants planted, most of which is bamboo. It is a vivid example of eco-architecture and one of the most iconic buildings in the city. It houses mainly office spaces.
