Pasar Agung Temple

Local namePura Pasar Agung
LocationBali, Indonesia

Situated at the foot of Mt. Agung - Bali's highest mountain - this temple is a good starting point for a hike. Mt. Agung is also a volcano (it erupted last time in the 1970's) so the landscape around it is quite unique. The locals bring their offerings here and also come here to pray. It is much less crowded than the Mother Temple of Besakih which is located nearby.
