Pit Kroke was a German artist and architect.
He studied sculpture under Hans Uhlmann at the Highschool of Arts in Berlin. He not only worked on experimental photography and abstract film and also studied architecture. In 1964, he went to Sardinia and, initially, worked there as an architect. In 1981, he once again turned to free-lance artistic activities, to which he has been dedicating all his time since then. Since 1993 he lives and works in Berlin and Sardinia.
