Podilsk, until May 2016 Kotovsk is a city in Odesa Oblast, southern Ukraine. Administratively, Podilsk is incorporated as a town of oblast significance. It also serves as the administrative center of Podilsk Raion, one of twenty-six districts of Odesa Oblast, though it is not a part of the district.
It had a population of 39,220. In 2001, it had a population of 40,718. It is the largest city in the northern part of Odesa Oblast.
