Rowy is a village and seaside resort in the administrative district of Gmina Ustka, within Słupsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northwestern Poland. It lies approximately 16 kilometres north-east of Ustka, 23 km north of Słupsk, and 108 km west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
The village has a population of 310.
