Rybocice is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Słubice, within Słubice County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland, close to the German border. It lies approximately 9 kilometres south-east of Słubice, 66 km south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 71 km north-west of Zielona Góra.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany.
The village has a population of 210.
