San Ferdinando is a comune in the Province of Reggio Calabria in the Italian region Calabria, located about 80 kilometres southwest of Catanzaro and about 45 kilometres northeast of Reggio Calabria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,487 and an area of 14.0 square kilometres.The municipality of San Ferdinando contains the frazioni Eranova and Villaggio Praia.
San Ferdinando borders the following municipalities: Nicotera, Gioia Tauro, and Rosarno.
