If planning to visit the famous Alcatraz Island, be sure to note this pier down - it serves as a departure point of Alcatraz Cruises. The pier is conveniently located, only a short walk from the Pier 39 and in a walking distance from various bus, cable car, and train stops. You are kindly asked to arrive at least half an hour prior to the departure time.
