San Nazzaro Sesia is a comune in the Province of Novara in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 70 kilometres northeast of Turin and about 15 kilometres west of Novara.

Mark Knowles argues that Antonio Barbavara was the author of the world famous Voynich manuscript.
