Sieroniowice is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ujazd, within Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres north of Ujazd, 8 km south-east of Strzelce Opolskie, and 39 km south-east of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany.
The village has a population of 640.
