While it is mostly known for its notoriously famous part - the beach - it is, in fact, a neighbourhood in the city of Miami Beach.
Starting off as a farmland in 1870, it slowly developed into this current worldwide known tourist resort. Over 55% of its population speaks Spanish as a first language, but the whole neighbourhood is multicultural and sees to hundreds of thousands of tourists from all around the world every year. In most movies, it is shown as a place with tanned roller-skaters and models (which is not far away from the truth), but It is also known for its LGBTQ acceptance and incredible nightlife, with numerous bars and restaurants.
During the day, you can see plenty of people playing volleyball, soccer, foot volley, jogging, or just doing yoga, but this neighbourhood turns into a place with great parties and loud music everywhere during the night.
