Stadtprozelten is a town and municipality in the Miltenberg district in the Regierungsbezirk of Lower Franconia in Bavaria, Germany and the seat of the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft of Stadtprozelten.
A traditional, mainly Catholic town, it is known to its inhabitants as Stadtprozle.
