Stare Siedlisko is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wilczęta, within Braniewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 8 kilometres north-west of Wilczęta, 19 km south of Braniewo, and 66 km north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany.
The village has a population of 251.
