Built in 1899, this park is the oldest amusement park in the country and is still in use. All children and adults will love this amazing theme park, where you can enjoy many different attractions and on top of that, great views of Barcelona.
The park is divided into two zones which consist of around 30 attractions like rides, the classic roller coaster or the flying chairs. Popular shows also take place here - visit for example the haunted house Hotel Krüeger with real actors or the puppet show in the Marionetarium.
The panoramic viewing area is set at the highest point of Barcelona, where you will also find historic attractions like the Big Wheel. Vicky Cristina Barcelona by Woody Allen was filmed here in the park.
You can get to the car park by metro, station Vall de Hebron, lines L3 and L5. From there, you can take a shuttle bus to the park (it's free if you show the driver a wristband that proves you paid the park admission - you can purchase it in the car park).
The opening times vary considerably - consult the website before your visit. The park is generally open from noon and is closed during the winter months.
