Tsuchiura

Tsuchiura is a city located in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. As of 1 October 2020, the city had an estimated population in 2020 of 138,033 people in 60,069 households, and a population density of 1,123 persons per squate kilometre. The proportion of the population aged over 65 was 29.7%. The total area of the city is 122.89 square kilometres. About 3,000 residents are non-Japanese, a large proportion of these being Filipinos, Chinese or Brazilians.
