Tusa is a comune in the Province of Messina in the Italian region of Sicily, located about 80 kilometres east of Palermo and about 120 kilometres west of Messina. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,248 and an area of 41.0 square kilometres.Tusa borders the following municipalities: Motta d'Affermo, Pettineo, San Mauro Castelverde.
