Wąsosz Górny is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Popów, within Kłobuck County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres east of Popów, 16 km north of Kłobuck, and 89 km north of the regional capital Katowice.
