Żabnica is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Węgierska Górka, within Żywiec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres south-east of Węgierska Górka, 13 km south of Żywiec, and 76 km south of the regional capital Katowice.
