It takes about an hour and a half to drive this 54-mile road by the Virgin river. Visitors do it as part of a loop, going over Cedar Mountain and then going back via Hwy 89 through Kanab and Fredonia, and then Hwy 389 through Colorado City to Hurricane.
When the shuttle is running, no private vehicles are allowed on the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive.
For Shuttle's schedule visit the official website of Zion Park.
