Panoramic Viewpoints

This collection features the diverse observation towers and natural elevations surrounding Debrecen, primarily within the Erdőspuszta forest-steppe region. The list includes wooden lookout towers like Hármas-hegyi, located near the Zsuzsi Forest Railway terminus, and several 'halom' (mounds), which are often ancient kurgans. These sites provide vantage points over the Great Hungarian Plain, the Fancsika reservoirs, and the local pine and oak forests.
