Mexico's Natural Wonders

Mexico's diverse geography encompasses the Yucatan Peninsula’s extensive flooded cave systems and cenotes like Dos Ojos and Ik Kil. The landscape features volcanic peaks, including Paricutin and Tacaná, alongside the unique travertine rock formations of Hierve el Agua. Waterfalls such as Agua Azul and El Chiflón are defined by high mineral content, while northern regions house the limestone Garcia Caves and the weathered rock pillars of Sierra de Órganos and the Valley of the Monks.
