Towers, Views & Heritage

This collection highlights historic architecture and scenic overlooks across Miami-Dade. It features the 1925 Mediterranean Revival Freedom Tower and the Venetian Pool, a 1924 quarry-turned-swimming-hole in Coral Gables. Natural perspectives are provided by the Shark Valley and Pa-Hay-Okee lookout towers in the Everglades, while the Cape Florida Light offers views from Key Biscayne. The list also includes the hand-carved oolite structures of Coral Castle and the historic Venetian Causeway bridges.
