Vigan’s UNESCO World Heritage status is reflected in its diverse collection of ancestral mansions and specialized galleries. This selection features the 19th-century birthplace of martyr Jose Burgos, the stone-walled National Museum complex housed in a former prison, and the opulent Syquia Mansion. Syquia Mansion of President Elpidio Quirino
The 19th-century stone-and-wood ancestral home of the 6th Philippine President, Elpidio Quirino. It houses Ming dynasty porcelain, period furniture, and original oil portraits by Juan Luna.
National Museum of the Philippines - Ilocos
Housed in the city's former provincial jail, this museum features the 14 Basi Revolt paintings by Esteban Villanueva and ethnographic exhibits detailing Ilocano and Itneg cultural traditions.
