Ce village écossais a été fondé au XVIIIe siècle et était dirigé selon la croyance du socialisme utopique. Aujourd'hui encore, New Lanark reste très pittoresque. Il a été inscrit au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO en 2001. N'hésitez pas à venir y faire un tour si vous passez dans la région.
