Bamburgh's Crown Jewels

Grace Darling Museum

Run by the RNLI, this museum commemorates the life and 1838 rescue mission of Grace Darling. It houses the original 21-foot coble boat used to reach the Forfarshire shipwreck survivors.

St Aidan's Church is a Grade I listed Church of England building in the Diocese of Newcastle.

Bamburgh Lighthouse

Also known as Blackrocks Point Lighthouse, this land-based navigational aid was established in 1910. It is the most northerly lighthouse on the mainland of England, guiding vessels through the Farne Islands.

Gun Emplacement

A concrete World War II coastal defense structure located at Blackrocks Point. These ruins were part of a network of fortifications designed to protect the Northumberland coast from invasion.

Darling family grave

Located within the churchyard of St Aidan's, this burial site contains the remains of local heroine Grace Darling and her family. It sits adjacent to the more ornate Victorian Gothic memorial.
