Hualien Cultural Creative Industries Park

A former wine distillery transformed into a multi-purpose arts center. The complex features 26 renovated warehouses showcasing Japanese-era industrial architecture, contemporary art exhibitions, and local craft boutiques.

A historic siphon-style irrigation channel built during the Japanese colonial period to transport water from the Wanli River across the valley floor to agricultural fields.
