Syddanmark features the original Legoland Billund, opened in 1968, and the nearby LEGO House, which contains 25 million bricks. The region offers wildlife encounters at Odense Zoo and Givskud Zoo’s safari park. For hands-on learning, Universe science park provides interactive exhibits, while Ribe VikingeCenter recreates an authentic Viking settlement. Coastal exploration is available at Esbjerg’s Fisheries and Maritime Museum, which includes an aquarium and outdoor exhibits. Lalandia Billund completes the selection with its large indoor water park and tropical Aquadome.
