Caracas offers diverse outdoor spaces ranging from the historic city center to the peaks of the Coastal Range. Peak Naiguata stands as the highest summit in the region at 2,765 meters. Within the urban area, the Caricuao and El Pinar zoos—the latter being the city's first zoological garden established in 1945—provide dedicated wildlife spaces. Historic squares like Bolívar Square and Plaza La Castellana serve as central public landmarks, featuring traditional architecture, cobblestone paths, and monuments essential to the city's layout.
